This year we spent our fall break traveling to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. We did not know what to expect and did not have high expectations.  The trip ended up far surpassing any expectations we could have imagined.

We stayed at the Marriott Hotel in Albuquerque and so did many many of the balloon owners as we tried to finding parking spots amount the trucks and baskets packed neatly in the parking lot.

…the hotel was pet friendly so Sparkle joined us!  The grounds were very nice.

The first day we spent in Santa Fe.  We visited the Meow Wolf Museum.  I highly recommend the museum.  It was so much fun and although we were there for 2.5 hours we could have stayed longer
